There does not seem to be any financial logic applied by the American Administration in rescuing some and not others. It does not alleviate market confidence both in the financial markets and the prospect of recovery in the core base housing market. The short term lending facilities will be temporarily utilised to write off the bad debt elements but will leave short on the availability of base capital for the banks to revive the confidence in the whose of the financial sector with dire repercussions on trade and industry.

As Mr. Michael Bloomberg has stated, who is going to buy into the American Debt to increase the capital base with such questionable strategic policies that will further aggravate the present market instability.
