As the Senators insulted the oil executives, I was wondering if the politicians would prefer to trade managements with the National Oil Companies of other countries. Would you trade the guys who run Exxon for the guys who run Pemex? How about trading the Chevron leadership for the fine people at Petroleos de Venezuela (PdVSA)?
