The bank has about $5 billion cash on hand to spend on an international expansion. Targets could include consumer banks in Britain, Canada or Germany, Sonjoy Chatterjee, the executive director responsible for the bank’s international business unit told the <strong><em>Tribune</em></strong>.</li>
