For the tale of the tape, the TSX Exchange fell 3.05%, while the TSX Gold Index dropped 2.8% and the TSX Venture Exchange, Canada’s largest junior exploration bourse, gave back 2.23%, with the declining issuers edging out the advancers by a 461 to 268 margin on volume of 155 million shares traded.
