Another problem is that so many home buyers don&#039;t know the difference between qualifying for a mortgage ... and actually being able to afford that same mortgage. I can&#039;t tell you how many foreclosure accounts that started with: &quot;Well, we figured we could afford it, because the lender approved us for that amount.&quot; Nice post. ~Brandon</description>
