What is going on with the paper GOLD EFT&#039;s?  Gold and Silver coins from dealers are sold out!  Mints are sold out of coins and bars!  YET, paper GOLD is staying level or dropping.  I am now questioning safety in paper EFT&#039;s!!!!  
ALSO, I am receiving mixed information about gold coins (bullion).  First I am told that the IRS/Gov&#039;t does NOT receive a report when you purchase Gold Bullion Coins like the 1oz American Eagle.  Another dealer says that only vintage coins are not reported because they do not fall under the same tax laws.  WHICH IS CORRECT? WHAT IS THE LAW?
